Qualifications:

Min. Diploma (D3)/S1 from various educational backgrounds
Have a high interest in the field of sales and good communication skills
Have the motivation and commitment to success
Enjoys challenges and ambitious to achieve targets
Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance industry in Telemarketing
Experience in leading sales teams especially in the insurance industry
